Yes, the bible gives us so much information on what we should and should not do. I was amazed at how much I was practicing, was actually man made tradition and not biblical.
I received a Bible at the age of 7, from the sunday school teacher. I counted it a very precious possession as I believed what grandpa told me about God.
I never actually read the WHOLE Bible until I was in my mid 20’s.
What a surprise and deliverance to find out the many things we are doing in our daily lives that are against scripture.
And to repent of doing them.

I have had several people tell me it is okay to have more than 1 wife, at the same time as the N.T. does not forbid it, only that deacons/leader of the congregation can have 1 one wife. So, multiple wives are allowed?
In the state of Utah maybe. Seems to me that one wife is sufficient.

Ephesians 5:33 KJV
Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Wife, Not wives!

We ought to follow the example of deacons and elders

Who ya gonna call? Treebusters.
Catholics have an idol of “Mary”
Christians have a xmass tree.

Acts 17:29-30 KJV
Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device. [30] And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:

My two cents worth.

Saturday is the Sabbath. Always was and always will be a day of rest. It is not a day of celebration.

Sunday is a day of celebration. It was instituted by the apostles as a day to meet, learn, worship and celebrate our Lord Jesus.

If you are intent on holding services on Saturday, don't call it the Sabbath. Call it what you are actually doing. Call it a day of celebration. If you intend to observe the Sabbath, Rest and let your household rest.

Those who keep the heathen custom of xmas.
Is that like keep a day as though Jesus never fulfilled that day, the sabbath day?? That seems rather godless to me.

The command to keep the Sabbath is nowhere repeated in the New Testament.
Indeed, scripture speaks of eating the bread and drinking the cup that proclaims the Lord's death until he comes (1Cor11:26), at which time He proclaimed, "it is finished," and rested from His work.

And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.

He is my 24/7 Rest.

Hebrews 4:1-16 KJV
There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.
[10] For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

As a child, I was the one who had the job of erecting the xmass tree every year.
It was my great delight to adorn that tree with all of the trinkets and star on top.
I even knelt down next to the tree when I was finished, for a few moments of solemn reflection on the birth of Christ and what great joy He must have brought to many lives.

I don’t need a tree to do that now.

Psalm 95:1-2 KJV
O come, let us sing unto the Lord : let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
[2] Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.

That's awesome. Neither do I need a tree. But a lost and dying world needs Jesus. Many of the symbols of Christmas afford an opportunity to share the love of God in Christ Jesus.
Also, I have children. Your own testimony gives credence to the benefits that can come from the proper understanding of symbols.

I taught my children the truth and they are Christians. And I didn’t practice the heathen customs to teach them.
Jeremiah 10:2-5 KJV
Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
[3] For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
[4] They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
[5] They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

Thus saith the word of God:

The Sabbath is the day of celebration to the Creator of heaven and earth.
It is the only day God made holy. It is the day that God appointed to cease from all labors.
The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people forever.
It is a rest that God calls all man to participate in.
True delight is only found in the Sabbath.
All days of the week besides the Sabbath are considered work days.
Curses and Disease are announced on those who do not keep the commandments of God.
The Sabbath is the Lord's Day!

Gen 2:1-3
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. 2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

Exodus 20:8-11
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.

Isa 58:13
If you turn your foot from breaking the Sabbath, from doing as you please on My holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight, and the LORD’s holy day honorable, if you honor it by not going your own way or seeking your own pleasure or speaking idle words, then you will delight yourself in the LORD, and I will make you ride on the heights of the land and feed you with the heritage of your father Jacob.” For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.

Exodus 31:12-18. And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: "Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the LORD who sanctifies you. You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you.

Exodus 15:26
He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”

Leviticus 26:14-46

Ezekiel 46:1
Thus saith the Lord God; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

*If you can not offer scripture text to support your claims, you speak from tradition and there is no truth in it.

To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Isa 8:20
