Call it oatmeal dessert, call it breakfast, call it whatever it is! All for 500 calories or less!

Ingredients
1-2 cups of water or milk (I use soymilk)
1/2 cup of dry oats
Few pinch of dried fruits (papaya, pineapple, & rolled flour dates)
Recipe
1. Bring 1 cup of water, milk, or soymilk to boil.
2. Add the oats - depending on size, oats may cook within 1 - 3 minutes.
3. After it is cooked, pour into a bowl.
4. Add 1/2 - 1 cup of soymilk over oatmeal for more liquid consistency.
5. Add a few pinch of dried fruits.
Complete! Ready to eat!
