This is a traditional dish from Brazil! I'm gonna adapt the ingredients, ok!? Try it.. it's not hard to prepair and it's delicious

1/2 kilo of beans
1 sliced sausage
2 tablets broth
1 onion grated
1 clove garlic
3 spoons (soup) of oil
1 / 2 teaspoon (packed) chopped cilantro (you can change cilantro for parsley)
2 ½ cups (tea) of rice washed and drained
150g curd cheese cut into thin slices

1. Let the beans soak overnight
2. The next day cook it with broth and half and two liters of cold water
3. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 1 hour
4. In another pan browned onion and garlic in oil
5. Add the coriander and rice and stir well
6. Add the beans and cooked along with the broth
7. Mix well, cover the pan and cook until the rice is cooked, moist and creamy consistency
8. Cover the rice with slices of cheese
9. Cover the pan again and let the steam melt the cheese
10. Serve with meat sliced fried or roasted

It sounds yummy!I went to Brazil on vacation this summer, and I was hoping to learn to cook something Brazilian, but my cousins maid was out of town, and he doesn't cook much either. I want to try this.
