This is a yummy easy breakfast you can set on low the night before, or set on high early in the a.m for a great brunch.

You need;
eggs
sausage-crumbled
cheese shredded (to desire)
1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns

Doz eggs beaten with 2 cups whole milk and salt and pepper to taste-

Spray your crock with cooking spray and add to it cooked sausage crumbled, cheddar cheese shredded, and hash brown (fresh or frozen). Then pour you egg mixture over the top of it all-

Cook on low over night or on High for fours hours-

Serve for wonderful warm and tasty breakfast!

That's a great idea. I read once that if you purchase turkey roasting bags (which are often only available this time of year) you can put the food in one of those and set it in your crockpot and you won't as much cleanup if any after making a casserole in it.

There is Slow Cooker liner bags that are designed specifically for large crock pots that are available year round and can be found on the shelves near the Ziploc bags and foil. Stick them in before you cook, when it's done, turn off your crock pot, let it cool and then just peel it out and toss in the trash. Makes clean up super easy!!!
