2 pounds hamburger
1 cup packaged corn flake crumbs
1/3 cup dried parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup catsup
2 tbspoons instant minced onion
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine beef,corn flake crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder,catsup, and minced onion and blend well. Form mixture into small meat ballsabout the size of walnuts. Arrange meatballs in a 15 ½ X 10 ½ X 1 inch pan.

1 lb can jellied cranberry sauce
1 12 ounce bottle of chili sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a medium sized saucepan combine cranberry sauce, chilisauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over moderate heat, stirringocasionally, until mixture is smooth and sauce is melted.
