Ingredients

500g of powdered milk
100g of soluble coffee
700g caster sugar
6 tablespoons full of chocolate powder
1 level tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate

- Mix well
- Serve 1-2 tablespoons (full) for each cup of boiled water

I'm a ice coffee guy, but cappuccino like this sounds pretty tasty on a cold evening ..

I do this almost exactly, except that I substitute peppermint syrup for the sodium bicarbonate.
