Taco Mixed Condiments Ingredients:

Preheat 350
Preparation: Put all the the dried ingredient in medium bowl and mix them with your favorite ground meat like chicken,beef,pork or even your own vegetarian option like add some red kidney beans ,black beans or chickpeas and some addition with corn kernels,tomatoes,etc. Cook them between 10-13 min until they are brown or the veggies are cooked thoroughly.

Wash the bell peppers (any color you like but I like red and it tastes little sweeter) and take the seeds out and discard them. Drizzle on them with some olive oil and smear them all so they can be baked for tender texture .Divide the taco fillings among the pepper halves . Bake them about 30 min until the peppers are tender-crisp.
You can garnish with some cubed avocado or guacamole ,sour cream ,cheese,pumpkin seed or no use of toppings.

I thought that read Taco Bell stuffed peppers for a minute... But those definitely look better than anything Taco Bell has to offer.

Forgot to mention that we put the bell pepper on cookie sheets and then cover them with foil papers.
