I learned how to make this at a recreational cooking class and I've been making it ever since!
In this dish you have pasta with chopped grilled chicken mixed with sautéed mushrooms, scrambled eggs, bacon bits and Carbonara sauce (which you can buy pre-made if you don't want to make it from scratch)
You can use any kind of pasta and probably throw in whatever else you like in the dish. Throw some garlic bread on the side and it's delicious!
