i thot to put in misc.forum but some may have recipes so just put here. i rily wonder abt sour fruts. sure citruses are fine as juices but are any of u ond of dour stuff? fresh ripe mangoes are rily good, but slightly unripe made into salads i'l sometimes eat. there arent thais here who cook wd tamarinds,santol or kamias but any other ideas for sour fruits...?

Found one. This just looks nice but hope someone tries a frozen dessert by a Thai. I know Filipinos love a sour stew called sinigang, using various other fruits or some vinegar.

Btw, sorry for 'any of u ond of dour stuff' wc is 'any of you fond of sour stuff.' Perhaps a better thread is Why do we like sweet stuff? We always put sugar (or something sweet) to sour foods, if not salt.
