Hi everyone. I did a quick search to see if there are threads for this but did not find any. If there are please redirect me!
Does anyone else belong to a CSA? Community Supported Agriculture farm? For those not familiar, in the beginning of a growing season you can find a farm and buy a share of what they produce. Each week, for typically about 20 weeks, you pick up a box of (usually organic) food that they grew. I put this thread in here because many times I do not really choose what I receive AND it is typically stuff I would never buy at a store, so it is fun to share recipe ideas.
I would love to hear about the CSA you belong to and what you get each share and what you do with it, recipes (I typically don't use recipes) or just recipe ideas in this wonderful world of Google!
This week in our share:

- Beans
- Blueberries
- Carrots
- Endive (frisee)
- Escarole
- Kale
- Mixed Head Lettuces
- Mustard Greens
- Radishes
- Spinach
- Swiss Chard
- Basil
I'm not sure what to do with the frisee this week.
