Pan Fry Salmon with Butter Lime Garlic

Ingredients:-
One slice of salmon (tail end)
One Lime
Salt
Black Pepper
Butter
Minced Garlic

Steps:-
1. Put some salt and black pepper on both sides of the salmon.
2. Heat up the frying pan and melt some butter on the frying pan.
3. Fry both sides of the salmon until cook to your liking.
4. Remove the cook salmon to the plate and wash the frying pan.
5. Cut the lime into 1/4 and squeeze the 1/4 lime juice on the salmon.
6. Heat up the frying pan and melt some butter on the frying pan.
7. Add in the minced garlic to saute until it's fragrant.
8. Squeeze the remaining 3/4 of the lime juice into the frying pan.
9. Pour them over the cooked salmon.

I wonder if this would work well for a different type of fish. I'm not a fan of salmon because all I can get here is farm-raised or frozen, but I can get some nice whitefish fillets from time to time. Now I'm curious.

My mom likes to make this as well but she slow cooks it in the oven. Salmon is sooo good!
