I used to make vegan pizza with my own home made sauce, and use grounded sesame seeds for the "cheese", and would use a corn, or brown rice crust. It actually was very good.

Make yogurt that's considered raw since it's never heated above 165......but it's not vegan lol
I'll be happy to share the recipe if you wish though JosephDreams.

How can boiled carrots be raw? :p
Gosh people here are so darn technical about everything  ....but you're right they aren't "raw" but there's nothing "added" to them except the honey and of course just simple boiling....I've eaten fresh carrots "raw" so to speak and they are good too....but the honey and boiling make it just that much better...

I've never made vegan food, but I had a "salad" once that had couscous and VERY finely chopped red onion, paprika, cucumber and other vegetables. Quite yummy

I read that there are a few veggies that actually increase in nutritional value when cooked...carrots are one of them.
Most others lose nutritional value when cooked.

You can Google "Living and Raw Foods" - It's the largest community on the internet dedicated to educating about the power of living and raw foods. :)

But if you add masala curry powder its "technically not raw/natural" lol :)

Raw purple onions are my favorite, I like eating them not even cooked, that's how good it tastes. I love the crunch!

Lawn again Christians: South African preacher makes congregation eat GRASS to 'be closer to God'

  • Carried out under instruction of Pastor Lesego Daniel in Garankuwa
  • Claimed that humans can eat anything to feed their bodies
  • Photos that follow show dozens of people getting sick in the toilets...

I am saying your intention was such, but I have been told and teased so many times over the years about eating grass. Like, 'hey Joe, are you hungry? Look a field of grass'.
What that pastor is asking them to do, and them doing it, crazy..
