Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon fillets
4 tsp. herb with lemon seafood rub
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*. Place salmon skin-side down on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Mix seafood rub, oil and wine in small bowl. Spread evenly over top of salmon. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4.
