If you eat two teaspoons of coconut oil twice a day your skin will be very healthy. You can eat it straight out of the container.

Virgin coconut oil is the best to use also good for healthy gums.

Thank you. My gums are a little weak because of second-hand smoking so I'll be sure to try that. By the way, I meant to say one teaspoon twice a day. Four teaspoons altogether would be disgusting lol.

Be aware that some researchers think it can lead to high cholesterol
(ironically, others claim it will lower it ... )

at my age, many of you can guess that I have tried a multitude of different things in order
to try and preserve my health and skin.,,,high end and low end,,,,well, I can tell you that definitely
an old-dog can learn new tricks,,,a while back, hubby and I have discovered 'organic coconut oil and
a good quality of 'Krill Oil', in capsule form,,,these are just two of the things that we won't do without,
of course we drink our daily home-grown 'bombs' and drink lots and lots of distilled water,
not to mention we do 'green' when ever we can,,,,also lots of 'home-grown' organic real foods.

we are constantly being given compliments on the way we look, carry ourselves and how our
skin and hair shine...so, the formulas we have learned over many trials and errors in order to
maintain a good, healthy, temple, has worked for us in amazing ways and we would just like
to share a bit with those who may have an interest in maintaining good health while living in
such an unhealthy world...

by the way, hubby and I have maintained our health even though we have been through many
awful and terrible health problems in our past,..Faith and Hope and Trust are the keys.

Pst, about the krill oil: There is more oil in fish than in those capsules. So if you have access to fresh fish, go for it! :)

Im 10000% interested in hearing what you've learned over the years. I don't mind learning something new to put in my regimen.

Feel free to post in this thread or send me a pm.
