Kabocha squash, the most common variety here, is often cooked w/ coconut milk and string beans or other veggies here. Do u have other simple recipes u have personally tried, aside from using as a sub for grated carrot as i sometimes do, to bake. We do use it, but sometimes i have no standard recipe, as when mixed in burgers, so if u have any we could try, or use more easily as in pies and others... thanks. (We often have it fresh, btw, not canned.)
