This recipe serves 1 person.

Ingredients:-
- Half bagel spread with butter and oven toasted - place the bagel on the plate
- Two cups of Swiss chard cut 1 inch in length (stems should be cut in 1cm in length)
- 4 button mushrooms (I used two different types - white and brown), finely sliced
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste

Steps:-
1. Heat up the frying pan and add in the olive oil.
2. Once the oil is slightly heat up, add in the finely chopped garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
3. Add in butter and as it's partially melted, pour in the finely sliced button mushrooms.
4. Saute for about 1 minute and squeeze half lime juice.
5. Throw in the Swiss chard and stir in the other ingredients in the frying pan to mix all ingredients.
6. Then, squeeze the remaining half lime juice and salt to taste.
7. Saute for about 30 seconds and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
8. Scoop them up to place on top of the bagel.

Serve while it's still hot.
