I have a recepie that exactly matches the title of this forum, but the ingredients are typically frowned upon by a lot of people who think all sorts of things are wrong with them when religiously there is no basis for condemning their use,

I would like to share this recepie as everyone who has tried it it has brought happiness to except for one person, and it fits the title of this forum well, but I do not want people to get judgmental over an ingredient that is not seen in the best light,

do you guys want to know, or would it be better if I did not recommend it to you because of the ingredient you could judge?
