I thought I was 5'4 but I think I must be 5'2 or so...I noticed in the 5 ft area of the pool, water is nearly over my head.

Weight isn't an issue for me. I'm 196cm tall and weigh 84kg. But I could do with more muscle. Lentils and fish don't cut it. Bloomin' 'experts'!

Can u tell more abt it.. i only know our wheat flours are from abroad for we cannot plant it here, but it is a sad day when we cannot eat gluten as well. I mean, what other flours do we have.. corn, sweet potato, cassava/yuca... but in such small quantity our bread industry cannot survive w/o the flours from abroad. Unless we thought abt that long ago and started to take steps long ago too. the best alternative however is to eat the unprocessed corn, sweet potato, etc. but that is a long process and another discussion.

Now it's just past 9 here, and as previous, i am getting sleepy, wc maybe will make me write a poem on that if i can:confused:. I will just insert this info here for idk if i have time to type more in other thread where this was also talked abt...

Related to eating paleo vs other, the eating of sweets and junk food also comes in often. Some say we/they cannot lose weight for having become a junk food addict. Book i was reading said "this isnt exaggeration, for fastfood can cause addictionlike qualities, esp among susceptible individuals. when some eat fastfood, the feel-good response that occurs in the brain triggers them to go back for more.
Research from Scripps Research Inst in Florida found that animals with unlimited access to foods similar to fastfood developed addictionlike eating behaviors and binge-eating...
So if u know fastfood is trigger for u, try to limit ur exposure to these..."

This u can when u: map out alternate routes (wen u travel to avoid them), allow urself an occasional fastfood meal, make ur own fastfood by whipping healthy versons of ur favorite meal...

While im not at all trying to change your opinion because it works for you, i just wanted to mention that anyone will get sick over anything that you just suddenly switch in your diet after 22 years.
I like paleo but this is spot on, you won’t have built up the right gut to digest suger and grains etc. Most people have the same thing... sickness, headaches and weakness Etc... when They come off sugers and grains instantly
And eat other things. Keto flu for example, is The nickname for how bad many people feel when they quit carbs instantly.
