1 box rice

1 can cream of chicken soup ( used cream of celery or mushroom and it worked so really cream of whatever you like)

2-3 chicken breast

1 bag frozen veggies ( i use asparagus or broccoli but peas, carrots whatever ya like)

1/2 stick of butter

2 cups chicken broth

splash of milk

a pinch of your fav spice ( i like curry but south western spices work too)

Just throw it in the slow cooker on low for about 3 hours and go watch the game

I don't have a slow cooker :( That does sound tasty though, I suppose it works in a large pot on a low temperature.

PS: I read the tittle as "I'm a lazy chicken" :p :D

I do something similar with my chicken pot pie when I've had a long day and don't feel like cooking. My brother in law hated pot pies that is until he tried mine.......

I use boneless, skinless chicken breast, frozen veggies, spices, creamed soup with water to thin it out for the gravy and put them in ramekins and use either a rolled out biscuit dough or refrigerated pie crust to put on top and bake until golden brown
