These are Yorkshire puddings, they are savoury rather than sweet.
They go well with veg, meat, gravy, stew etc.

They are similar to an unsweetened pancake/batter mix but have a crispy texture to them.

Here is recipe if you want to try. The trick is to have a really hot oven.
Also to leave the batter to rest for a while. Otherwise they go as flat as a
pancake!

Once cooked in the oven they can be frozen later and reheated from frozen in
about two minutes.

Beware a little batter makes a big Yorkshire pudding if you cook them correctly. :D
