Has anyone here tried this? Yes, I know, it is not a recipe per se, but I thought it should go here.

Yes, I've tried it. I challenge anyone here to try it, and I will tell of my experience and thoughts later lol.

Anyhow, here is a video of this:

Yeah, I think I'll pass on this. As much as I enjoy a flavorful, spicy dish, there gets to be a point where heat is all a person can taste, and the consumption of it is nothing more than a way for the frail male ego to try and assert itself in an effort to get some validation.

Plus, I am still trying to heal myself of a bleeding ulcer that I gained as a result of being a raging drunk for a long time.

I don't think the challenge is about male egos bro. I think you're being a bit uptight, and there are several videos of females trying it as well.

It's done in good fun. Can't we just see this as having a bit of clean fun instead of going negative on it?

I am glad for you! Hey, I'm eating this while I'm responding to your post. ;)

Some of you people have a very odd notion of what constitutes fun. That's what my comment was meant to illustrate. No need to assign value to it of "negative" versus "positive". That's kind of base and two-dimensional.

As for the noodles, eat away good sir. It's your GI tract (from top to bottom), and your consequence. LOL

"You people?" LOL!!!! Some of us have fun in many things and do all to God's glory. And some are just uptight.

I assigned value to your response, not to the challenge. You're negative for sure and so was your response.

We've been eating spicy foods for years, we enjoy it. ;)

We used to grow thai dragons for crushed red pepper. They have a really good flavor. Lately we've been doing that with habaneros and they are a bit hotter, but we're pretty used to them.

I do favor the thai dragons though and so does my wife. We grew about 40 plants 6-7 years ago, dried all of them and made crushed red pepper with them, and we ran out of them a little while back. They made a lot of product.

We also like El Yucateco habanero sauce and Louisiana Habanero Sauce too. :D

My previous mother-in-law and her boyfriend use to go to a Albuquerque New Mexico and bring back them Habanero's Hot Peppers and hang them on the patio and you could smell them hot bad boys from 20 ft away... Hacha Mama... No thank you senior and the noodles either... I'm an old duffer and if I tried those I would qualify for disability... But you go ahead and stuff your face and btw you can have mine too... K. James

I can see you are one of those guys that's easily riled. Your buttons are out on display and it's far too easy to push them. I love when I meet people like you.

No, you're not seeing.

This from the one who reacted in pusillanimous manner to the OP? Who called others as having frail male egos over a noodle video? Uh? LOL!!!!!!!!!!

You've never met me, but I'd bet you'd frame your mouth differently if you did. ;)

Two comments:

1. Nice job on digging up a five-dollar word to sprinkle in your post.

2. No, I wouldn't frame my mouth differently if I was standing nose to nose with you versus here on the Internet. Your ego is showing again with a comment like that.

...still pushing your buttons. Now you're pulling against your chain and you're gonna start barking...then I'm gonna turn the hose on you. HAHAHAHAHA.

I've wondered sometimes if there are people who are just naturally predisposed to like spicy foods and others who are not. Kind of like how some people love cilantro, and others think it tastes like dish soap and how that difference is a result of biology. Kind of how I wonder if there are people, like me, who avoid sweets because we really, really, really don't like sweet tastes, and others who are just naturally tuned to enjoy them.

You're being owned over a noodle video. LOL!!!!!! That you had gone right to frail male egos to rail against it is a commentary more on you than upon others. It is actually hilarious, and you keep trying to defend yourself to boot, LOL!!!!!!!!

Hey, keep trying to push some buttons, so far you've only pushed yours by getting all irate over "spiciness" and a noodle video. You're so uptight, some sort of frustration going on inside you. LOL!!!!!

No, you wouldn't stand nose to nose to me, that's just your frail male ego in keyboard inebriation mode. ;)

But come on, I'll await your comeback. That noodle video has you raving mad about frail male egos. LOL!!!!!

I think there were 5 in this pack and it cost like 6 dollars iirc. The flavor is good I agree, and we will probably buy more, makes a good little cheap lunch. I had hoped it were a little hotter though. :)

Your ability to project is fascinating. Not to mention how you view this little tit-for-tat as some kind of competition that you think you need to win...as if it matters one bit to anyone here other than you.

Wow...

It is really amazing -- post a video on spicy noodles and the first response goes right into attack and spastic mode over frail male egos. Remarkable, never expected this but I should have. LOL!!!!!!!!!
