Fish and fish oil are the most commonly used to get good sorces of vitamin D. Here's a list of foods with it in:

    Foods highest in Vitamin D
“If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our dead bodies. And if they perish, let them perish with our arms wrapped about their knees, imploring them to stay. If Hell must be filled, let it be filled in the teeth of our exertions, and let not one go unwarned and unprayed for.”

I'm losing calcium. And, for the body to use calcium taken, it needs vitamin D, so I take calcium every day with Vitamin D in it.

Something my doctor told me, that might help you. "If you live anywhere but along the equator, assume you have to take Vitamin D every day. There isn't enough foods to supply it, and not enough time in the sun, even if you stayed outside all day, to make up for it."

The best source of vitamin D is sun exposure.. Our bodies make it when the ultraviolet B rays from sunlight hit our skin...

There is both calcium and vitamin D (for the body to absorb the calcium) in milk. You can even absorb vitamin D from sunlight.

Milk is fortified with vitamin D because our bodies need it to absorb calcium. Just saying that vitamin D is not naturally found in milk, and you have to look and see if it says "fortified with vitamin D" on the label.

You only need 10 minutes in the sun to get a day's worth of vitamin D... (when sun is high in the sky, and with shorts, tank top and no sunscreen on)

My labs have shown low vitamin D which is not uncommon for middle aged women, so I take daily supplements.

I'm not a bad guy. I'm just misunderstood.

Galatians 6:14 - But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
