Apple Cake
Ok. I'm looking for a recipe for this. Someone i know cooked it once but she won't give me the recipe. Basically it sortof tasted like a very moist carrot cake but instead of carrots it had apples and walnuts in it. Also tasted like maybe she had put a bit of cider in the cake batter.
So any ideas on a recipe for this? I have looked and haven't found any online. Dan
