1. Put Basmati Rice into a pan. Rice should come up one finger length to first bend in your finger.

2. Position finger so that it is just touchinn the Rice and one finger length to first bend in your finger of water in.

3. Cover with foil and put lid on and boil for 5mins, then allow to sit for 20mins. The rice will still cook in this time.

4. While the Rice is cooking, get another pan and chop a potatoes, onion, and any other root vegetable. DO NOT PRE-COOK!!

5. Put a little oil in the pan and put the potato, onion and other root vegetable you want in and fry up for 10-20mins.

6. Get the corned Beef and roughly chop and throw into the pan with the veg. Cook for another 10mins until corned Beef is heated through.

7. Add in whatever Reggae Reggae Sauce you want and other veg if you want and cook for a further 5-10mins.

8. Serve up with the rice and hey presto you have a meal.

2. No need to pre-cook vegetables

3. there are many reggae reggae sauces, some are spicy, some aren't. Pick your favourite.
