This recipe was my gandmama's and she used to make these all the time when I was a kid. I made some this morning for breakfast and thought I would share. They are not very sweet but very good.

Blueberry Muffins
2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
6 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup milk

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Combine egg, oil and milk. Add to flour and sugar. Fold in blueberries. Put in greased muffin pans. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Makes between 12 - 15 muffins depending on how much you put in each muffin pan. Enjoy!
