I really love chicken curry. However, the recipe above is quite different from the one that my Indian friend gave me. There aren't any tomatoes in it. Perhaps there are several types of chicken curries.

I will make chicken curry this weekend. : )

Australian curry! Now I thought only island people had that one down.
Yep, there are different versions, Jamaican which is spicy, Indian I believe is fruitier with pineapple chunks & Bahamian is mild. I love to blend spicy/fruity. It really comes out if you season it with the curry & leave it to marinade overnight in the refrigerator.

Off topic here...but as I look closely at your image I see you do have those handsome Indian features, proud nose, pretty eyes etc.
Do you know what else I've realized? I have seen those same features & complexion in images of Pharaohs of Egypt!! I wonder if there is any ties there?
Have you seen the movie Stargate? My cousins & I watched it 3 times just to see the boy come out of the 'wathamacallit'?, it looked like one of those things they put mummies into in Egypt. I think there might be some resemblance. He was a bit too pretty, we were stunned.
