Great side dish for mexican food. Can also be used as a dip with tortilla chips. :)

Mix into a small baking dish:
1 large can of niblets corn or mexicorn
1 jar white queso dip
1/2 jar real bacon bits
1 chopped jalapeno pepper

Bake for half an hour at 350 degrees or until lightly golden on top.

I guess the recipe would look like this, only that on this pic they didn't use the Jalapeno Pepper.
But still - yum yum! :D

I love Corn recipes (check out the bacon too). aaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeee caramba! :)
