Raw Tortillas And Raw Mexi Chips/Flaxers
It is fun to create raw tortillas from scratch. They are perfect for rolling up enchiladas, making raw vegan quesadilla's or for a simply veggie wrap. If time is of the essence, the green tortillas are fantastic and quick. Just blend them up and pour them out onto tefflex dehydrator sheets into desired sizes. Keep them fairly thin and within a day they are ready to wrap up a delicious raw burrito. I enjoy the other raw tortillas they taste like the former homemade cooked tortillas I ate in the past. Either way both are perfect for rolling and stuffing any of your favorite Mexican ingredients. Easy and delicious Mexi Flaxers (crackers) are great for dipping salsa and guacamole. Blend up the ingredients, spread on tefflex sheets, turn over in 8 hours, continue drying and in another 8 to 10 hours they are ready for dipping. Raw Tortilla Recipes Green Tortillas

You can either make them into small tortillas or large ones by putting the batter on Teff flex sheets and dehydrating on 95 to 105 degrees until there no longer doughy making sure to turn them over once one side is done about 6 to 9 hours. note: if they get to hard put them in a plastic sack and they should soften up. ![]()
