Ingredients;
4 cups of macaroni or rotini pasta
2 cans of canned ham cubed into 1/2 inch x1/2 cubes
1 cup of canned water chesnuts (sliced is best)
1 cup of canned peas (strained)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of old cheese cubed into 1/2 inchx1/2 inch
1 cup of Kraft miracle whip salad dressing (not mayo)
1/2 teaspoon of tarragon (optional)
1 teaspoon of pepper
Boil water and cook pasta until almost tender (6min) remove and strain
In large casserole dish combine pasta (i like rotini for this) ham water chestnuts, peas, onion,cubed cheese andKraft miracle whip mix well then pepper and tarragon and mix again put in preheated oven at 400f for 20 min remove and serve Guaranteed to fill 6 teenagers 4 adults and two adolescents if you throw a loaf of Italian bread on the table with it.
