one Family Sized box of Velveeta Macaroni and Cheese DeLuxe Dinner
one 8-pack of chicken or turkey hot dogs (no beef or pork-mix. they'll taste nasty)

follow the directions on the Velveeta box, heat up the hot dogs in the microwave,
then cut them into 1 inch long pieces, mix this mess together and Pig Out.

For the uninitiated, this is the Gourmet Premier of kid food.
