1 15 oz can of Pork n Beans
3 or 4 hot dogs
1 pack of instant rice

follow instructions of rice bag-pack, micro wave hotdogs for 30 seconds or until hot,
heat up the beans on top of the mess for another 30 seconds, and add hot sauce, chopped onions, mustard, worcestershire, jalapenos, and/or ketchup, and get Down!
recommended: 3 cups of fast-heated (microwave) french fries. More Ketchup!

also: use plastic wrap: it'll improve your cleaning skills with the microwave....
