6 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 stick butter
3 slices cheddar cheese product, chunked up
salt/pepper/msg/onion/garlic to taste
3 tsp water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce

beat to aeration the eggs with the above ingredients, using a hand-crank mixer. ( about the time you get tired and it gets messy, it's ready)

in a large plate pour the mix. micro wave in 1 minute increments, stirring/ scrambling as you go, until after about 3-6 minutes, you have a righteous mass of eggs.

heat some *star* micro-bacon or vegan sausage stuff (the pig meat or pork products tend to be greasy and disgusting--go figure), lay em out on the table and gobble ém up! you are a breakfast Hero!
