This is for making once a week, refrigerate, and eat with any topping.
Bring to simmer 7 ½ cups salted water.
Add ½ cup barley, set timer for 14 minutes.
Add ½ cup Steel Cut Oats set timer for 9 minutes
Add ½ cup Cracked Wheat set timer for 8 minutes
Add ½ cup Pasha set timer for 1 minute
Add ½ cup 10-grain Cereal, cook 9 minutes longer.
You can eliminate any item, or add others. Barley is so very nutritious, it is quite basic. You can use brown rice, amareth, or whatever whole grain you like. Just cook barley 40 minutes and add others so the cook time is right for each item.
I promise, no more of those little pills, you will be absolutely regular and feel energized all morning.
