This homemade mac n cheese is delicious! Make sure you allow the milk/flour mixture to cool down just enough to melt the cheese before adding your cheese, otherwise the cheese will cook while mixing and the sauce will not taste very good. Only use 8oz of elbow noodles and not 16oz for more delicious mouth watering cheesy flavor! Oh yes, be careful with the melted butter on the stove before adding the milk, you don't want to brown or burn the butter! Get all of the seasoning, this food is so good! Breadcrumbs arent necessary either if you don't like them. Theres even a video tutorial, enjoy!

I don't like fried food, so I don't have suggestions for that bit

When I cannot be bothered to make something fancy I boil potatoes (and carrots if I have any) and mash them, and add ham + whatever vegetables I have around. Then I add some kind of gravy.

If you like fish, try cooking it in foil in the oven:
Fish + butter or oil + tomatoes + leek / onion + paprika + herbs + salt and pepper :D
