A few years ago I made the best tomato something..... I honestly can't remember what it was called or where I got the recipe. I have looked through all of my cookbooks a dozen times. I've read each recipe that was similar to it to make sure it wasn't the one I was looking for.
I really don't remember all that was in it, except there was chopped up bread as a crust, tomatoes, I know there were seasonings and other ingredients but I can't remember what they were. I remember sprinkling sugar on top. And I baked it in a spring form pan.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would love to make it again. But I can't find it anywhere.
Hope someone knows what I am talking about.
