Basic easy aussie meat pie filling. This is a result of a little experimentation in the kitchen to get the right balance of flavours. If you want a toffy-nosed English meat pie recipe with worstershire sauce and herbs this isn't it, try googling for that.
1 chopped onion
1 chopped clove garlic
500 g beef mince, or any type of road-kill you find

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
half teaspoon sesame oil
chilli powder (as much as you want, or don't want, I like the spicyness)
black pepper (as much as you want, or don't want)
1 tablespoon corn flour mixed in 1 cup cold water.

Can add chopped vegetables, eg peas, carrot, mushrooms etc as well of course if ya want...

Method:
Cook beef in saucepan with bit of water,
add onion and garlic, chilli powder, black pepper and any other solid ingredients,
Mix soy sauce , oyster sauce together and add and sesame oil,
In final step add corn flour mixed together in cold water, bring to boil and let sauce thicken and liquid reduce.
Add more water if too thick etc.
