ICE BOX CAKE

 
INGREDIENTS
2 bags of Oreo Cookies
8oz cube cream cheese
1cup powdered sugar
2 large boxes of Instant Chocolate Pudding
2 8oz tubs of Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS
Smash Oreo Cookies to crumbs or as desired. Put aside a Cup and a half.
Put the rest in a bowl and mix with 2/3 cup melted butter.
Pour the mixings into a large cake pan spreading the thickness evenly. (this is your bottom layer)

In another bowl mix together the 8oz of cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 8oz tub of Cool Whip. Pour the contents on top of the bottom layer of cookie crust spreading the thickness evenly. (this is your 2nd layer)

Mix both boxes of instant pudding mix according to the pie instructions on the box in
another bowl. Pour the contents on top of your 2nd layer spreading the thickness evenly. (this is your 3rd layer)

Spread the 2nd 8oz tub of Cool Whip evenly on top of your 3rd layer. (this is your final layer)

Sprinkle the cup and a half of Oreo Cookies evenly over the top of your final layer as a garnish.

For best results refrigerate over night or till cold if you can’t wait to eat it.

Seriously, thanks so much for posting this! My daughter's wedding is June 3, and we will have all kinds of company. This looks easy and delicious!
