1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup soy milk
2 cups of frozen fruit of choice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste (honey, sugar, agave)
Fresh fruit, honey, nuts, granola for topping
Blend yogurt, soy milk, frozen fruit, vanilla extract and sweetener in a blender. Blend all ingredients until smooth and thick like frozen yogurt and eat up!... (Those are my favorite toppings, any toppings of your choice would taste great!)
