With summer here and lots of cookouts I have found that quick sweet treats are a hit. This one certainly isn't a healthy one, but a sweet treat every now and then is good.

-Buy your favorite box brownie mix or make your own :) Follow the directions and cook the brownies.

- When the brownies are done sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.

- Then line graham crackers across the top. (I recommend breaking them in half or fourths in whatever way they come.)

- Let set and then along the cracker lines cut the brownies and you have the perfect smore brownie bites.

These are super sweet, so small servings are perfect :)
