1. 2 parts bread
2. 1 part jelly
3. 1 part peanut butter
-Carefully remove bread from loaf of bread. Preferably the cheapest white bread you can find at your local bread dispensary aka grocery store.
-remove lids from jars of jelly and jars of peanut butter. If the lids are too tight, it may be beneficial to either 1. Go workout for several weeks to develop proper strength in the forearm and bicep areas or 2. Find an individual meeting the proper strength requirements to open said jars of jelly and peanut butter.
- After roving lids, take a knife (preferably one used for the spreading of butter across bread, buns, loaves, biscuits, etc.) and use the knife to spread 1 part peanut butter over 1 part bread.
-After this task is complete, take knife with the other part bread and clean the knife using the part bread. Use the same knife to spread jelly over the 2nd part bread.
-The most important step to completing this work of art is to carefully place the 2 parts bread, that now have equal parts of jelly and peanut butter together in a sandwich like manner. It is important to note that the jelly and peanut butter are place on the "inside" of this concoction, not outside so as to cause contamination of the hands when eating this meal
-Consume
Tips for a Better Lunch
-If you are feeling fancy, feel free to dissect the sandwich in a diagonal or longitudinal manner. Thus creating two halves
-For a healthier (but much less satisfying meal) try using whole-wheat instead of white bread
-Feel free to experiment with different types of jelly
-Chunky peanut butter is never a bad thing
-Feeling gutsy? Throw in a glass of milk
