Yes, a thread about KD! it's so easy to make and delicious. So I'm asking you guys how do you eat it? What do you like to put in it?
My favorite thing is KD with tuna and green peas!! I know, weird haha. Anything can be good, chicken and brocoli, beef and tomatoes, hmmm, I like every kind :)
Whats youre favorite KD recipe?

It seems to me that food that has gone through what machines put it through to get it in a box destroys the food and just leaves the calories. It costs a fortune in doctor bills. Doctors learn more and more how to cope with illness and our food manufactures change food more and more to make it unhealthy.

I just discovered that they first made cod liver oil by throwing livers in barrels where they rotted. Imagine the smell! And people wanted the oil that rose to the top of those awful barrels badly because they had learned what it did for them. Now, we can have cod liver oil clean and good tasting. They refine it, bleach it, deodorize it, pasteurize it, and the result is good tasting oil that does absolutely nothing for us. It won’t meet government standards, so they add artificial nutrients back in. There is work being done on how to get it clean enough and still be good for us.

If this happens to cod liver oil, imagine what food goes through to get it in a cardboard box!

I like to put spices on my Kraft Dinner (by spices I mean salt and pepper!!!). Hey, they are technically spices, so leave me alone - lol.

On another note, am I the only one here lazy enough to eat Three-Minute microwavable Kraft Dinner? I refuse to believe I'm the only one! There has got to be more of you on here. Don't be ashamed to admit it. I won't judge you - lol.

Oh, I have no doubt that the old fashioned way is much better, I just haven't had properly pot-cooked Kraft Dinner since my mother last made it for me when I was 11 yrs old - lol. The good old days!!!
