....Is through his stomach. What better way to do that than through a big juicy burger?

Some of you may have heard of this, but I would hate to deprive the ones who haven't. These things are awesome and absolutely delicious!


The Pocket Burger



This recipe is if you're going to make two.

-1 lb of lean hamburger meat (the leaner, the better)

-pat out four patties

-put all of the stuff you would like on your burger in the middle of your bottom patties (cheese, mushrooms, olives, onions, bacon bits, etc)

-put the other patty on top and pinch the sides all the way around until it is completely sealed. (if you don't the cheese and other things will melt out while its cooking.)

-cook on 450 for about 30-45 minutes

haha I just love the title of the thread, a good bit of humor here and there is always nice. That burger does look delish though, I have to say. haha

My son-in-law is ALL about mixing things into the ground meat before grilling. :)

Aw, there's nothing wrong with treating yourself every so often!

You have to life a little.. or with this burger.. A LOT.

That is one good looking burger and think about it you could also do that with grilled mushrooms onions bacon and pepperjack pockets ........drooooololoollllllllllll
