These were cream puffs: I kept the first photo, because I wanted to show how it came out the first time :( I was willing to try again: [/ATTACH] old cream puffs.jpg You can the difference: the first photo is the fully cooked one: the second photo was half cooked: the way I made my cream puffs ( the fully cooked one), you can add anything in it: But what I do, is add vanilla ice cream in it, with chocolate sauce over it :)

This is a Italian desert called affagoto: Affagoto means " drown" What this is, it's Ice cream drowned in coffee: and I can't tell how gooood it is!! It's a easy simple trick, and you can use any ice cream: But what I do, I use cofee ice cream to match the coffee: And, I just take a small cup and put 2 scoops of ice cream, and I pour the coffee half way :) try it! affogoto recipe.jpg

This is a another broshedthee: this one is the red pepper: You make the red peppers the same way, but instead you cut them into small peices: Then, you take french bread, and you cut it angle way, and you take some olive oil, and you dip it on both sides: And if you have a grill pan, you put the bread on it, till it gets nice and brown: and then you add the peppers on it when it's done :) red pepper brustee.jpg

I would like detailed info on the brocolli rab and the garlic potatoes, if I can substitue the rosemary for some othere ingredient. All the recipes look good, especially the red bell pepper recipes but they want $1 each for red bell peppers here so I wont be making those. The oreo cake looks like it tastes good but, the genetically modified ingredients Nabisco uses and the canola oil poison in the cookie ingredients makes me not even want to taste it. Do some research on canola oil if you havent already, canola oil comes from the rapeseed plant, is poisonous and will cause numerous health problems.

KittyCat, you might want to look into crock pot recipes. They are super fun to make.

And follower, you can grow your own peppers. They pretty much just need a container and lots of sun. Also, Green Bell Peppers are peppers that are not fully ripe. Eventually they will turn another color, such as yellow or red. So, you might experiment with the green bell peppers, in place of the red.

To the person who is scared of the Oreos: You can just as easily use chocolate cream-filled cookies made by another company, such as the organic ones I found in less than a minute using a Bing search. Wow, cashew filling.... they make me want to make them myself :).
