Ok most of you know how much I love BBQ ing food. Now first I want to say that BBQ and Grilling have absolutely nothing to do with each other. But i know most of you don't want to put yourself through the day before food prep that I do; Therefore Ill give you a simple but very tasty recipe that I have been perfecting for quite a while. You can add or subtract to taste but i recommend you do as I have laid it out. It should be perfect.
TANGY GRILLED BBQ RIBS
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
8 country style pork ribs (beef can be used, but the pork just taste better with this recipe i discovered)
1 cup honey (YES ONE CUP, TRUST ME)
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons molasses
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce (i HAVE MY OWN MIXTURE BUT YOU CAN JUST USE HONEY BBQ; No im not telling you what it is. lol )
Now for Trilogic's cooking magic!
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Dont get crazy, your not in a hurry like my brother lol
Lightly oil grill grate. Grill ribs for 12 minutes, turning once during cooking. Transfer ribs to an 11x16 inch baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together the honey, ketchup, molasses, and barbecue sauce.
Bake ribs, uncovered, for 1 hour. Remove from the oven, and drain fat. Coat ribs with the honey sauce. Continue baking for another 1 1/2 hours, or until ribs are tender.
Now if you listened to ole Trilogic then you should have yourself the Tangiest banging bbq ribs this side of the Mississippi River. Let me know how they taste.
