Today was a lazy Saturday. I didn't feel like really cooking, or grocery shopping, or going out to a restaurant. It was chilly out today so I wanted something hot and easy to make. So I made a pot of vegtable soup from some items I had in my apartment. You need a med. to lg. size pot, 1 qt. veg. juice, lg. cup water, frozen veg. for soup, a little salt and pepper, and a table spoon of hot sauce. Put ingrediants in the pot, bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, cook for 1 hr. * I also chopped and threw in a left over chicken breast, a tomato, and a little left over rice into the pot. There you are, a nice, hot bowl of chicken, vegtable soup on a chilly day. Its healthy, easy an delicous and it will taste even better tomorrow after marinating all night. * If you're really hungry, your favorite sandwich goes really well on the side. I like grilled cheese, yummy.

sounds great. I do this often in the winter. You can throw almost any leftover (ok, there are limits) into the soup. Great, easy dinner and you cleaned the fridge with no effort.

Now if I could just think of a recipe that cleans the oven.
