Ingredients: ground beef, noodles (we use elbow for this), spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, shredded italian blend cheese


it's simple.

in skillet, brown ground beef. add cooked noodles, spaghetti sauce, and cottage cheese. mix well. top with shredded cheese, let it melt a little before serving.

we serve this with salad and garlic bread sticks.

Hmm.. sounds kind of like a standard pasta dish, other than the cottage cheese. What effect does the cottage cheese have on it?
