(recipe at bottom of page after my "blabbering") :p

Perhapz I had an angel that used to help me cook in "the olden days" yrs ago because I do indeed remember being a good cook in those days.

Which Im not these days.:(
Infact I dont like my own cooking.
Even when I follow a recipe I love it just does not turn out.

I loooooove food and eating.
Prhpz its being an "alone eater" as its nicer to cook fooooor someone.

I usually try buy ready made salad and some day piece of meat to attend to with garlic, frozen pizza.
I used to make heaps of dishes some even advanced.
Just dont feel the passion for cooking or eating my own cooking although if eating out it indeed slinks down nicely.
Have healthy aptite still.

Watching Gordon Ramseys and others in kitchen passion and brilliance but I dont feel it myself in the kitchen.
Am I "bad in the kitchen".......
In bed i only sleep day and night so ive been bad there aswell.meatloaf.com.
Cooking for one self ...

To awaken my passion "in the kitchen" I may need to investigate what i can do to be "good in the kitchen".

Shall include a recipe.

Pistachio, cocnut, cranberry muffins

2 cups selfraising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cups pistachio nuts chopped
1/3 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup coconutmilk
125g butter melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix ingredients

put in greased/buttered muffin tray
when oven heated app 200 degrees in to the oven middle or top centre
approximately for 10 minutes
stick with a "thing" object to assure is cooked all way through

Allow them to "cool it"
Then place them in your palette and hopefully you like it
may tatse better in company with glass of full cream organic milk with cream on top
or possibly a coffee or tea

Thanks for the recipe, I will enjoy it.

Here is a how to for passion in the kitchen when you are alone.

Fall in love with yourself as a new born person with Christ as part of you. You have the Holy Spirit; you are a temple of God. God has a plan for you, your life has a great purpose.

How would you want God’s temple treated? You learn how food makes it blossom. Nutritious food, food to give pleasure.

You aren’t required to cater to others, now, so cater to the temple ofGod that is you.
