I am really into chicken nuggets right now. I like the whole grain, lightly breaded ones. Limited carbs is key :D

Made waffles for breakfast, and had pizza for dinner. I'm what you call a college aged poor kid who's living pay check to pay check atm. Lack of funds right now. Luckily pay day is today! :p

if you enjoy Asian cuisine, try www.trifood.com.

I made marinated porkchops, cream potatoes, and corn from the can.

I had a turkey sandwich this morning, and I'll probably have a handful of M&M's for lunch.

I know, my diet is completely unhealthy. Meh.

Hmmm... Breakfast was coconut milk yogurt with blueberries. For lunch I just snacked because I was working. Dinner was leftover hamburger stew with my boyfriend which he made without hamburger for me... Plus a salad and some cheesy jalapeño bread.

A friend showed me how to do beef strogonauff the other night and I was appalled to realise I had never made it before without the silly packet mix. Once I realised I already understood the basic principles though I went nuts with happiness adding finely diced sun dried tomatos and sliced red capsicum, and adding way too much sour cream. Maybe it was just the irish cream liquor talking but it was the most tender, amazing, creamy, flavourful experience ever.

Hi Ellie. I am having a, (what some would call) mexican dinner. A beef, and a cheese enchileda, with rice, and beans, and a added ingredient, cheese, because this is a microwavable dinner. :)

i made a meat loaf, i dint follow anything to make it, but i did bacon strips for the bottom, i mixed pork mince, butternut squash, tyme, 3 mushrooms, onion, chickpeas, some instant mash to soak up some of the moisture, and put it on top of the bacon, more bacon for the top and done, it fell apart when it came out, but tasted lovely. we had it with potato waffles.
is there anything i could of done to make it better? tomorrow is meat loaf in sandwiches. yum!

perhaps an egg mixed in as a binder? Sounds delicious!

Also, I don't know what "instant mash" is. It's probably something pretty common here that undergoes a name change when hopping the pond.

edited to add: ok, I stopped being lazy and looked it up. Here, we just call them by the boring name "instant potatoes" or "potato flakes."
