every family has their own special foods they prepare when they are sick. custard has been on my families list for generations. problem is now days i usually have to prepare for myself when sick and don't feel like cooking. there are so many variables to this recipe includung adding cooked rice for rice pudding or your choice of bread for bread pudding. type of sweetening etc. i decided to put the bare minimum down and let your illness or lack thereof dictate the rest. remember microwave temps vary and cooking time may need to be adjusted accordingly. in a microwave safe bowl blend together well one egg, one teaspoon vanilla, dash of salt, sweetening of your choice and to your taste i use about one eighth cup honey and one cup of milk. microwave on high for 3 minutes. viola

Sounds good.....I have a dessert recipe that contains...coconut fruit bars, fresh chunks of mango, crystallized ginger, and mint.

Eddies' fruit bars work best and their only 2 points on Weight Watchers for each bar. Cut the fruit bar off the stick and put into bowl and when it has melted to the consistency you like add a half chopped mango for each bar you use and then add about 1 tablespoon of the chopped ginger and add a mint sprig for garnish along with some minced on top. It's tasty and good for you.
