In a 6 quart crock pot, pour

2 15oz cans Kidney beans - including juices
2 15 oz cans Pinto beans - including juices
2 15 oz cans Whole kernel corn - including juices
1 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes - including juices
1 10 oz can Rotel
1 15 oz can water (used to rinse all other cans out - then poured in to crock pot)

1 taco seasoning packet
1 Ranch dressing (dry) packet
1 cup diced onions
1.5 cup diced celery


IF YOU WANT MEAT - - brown, drain and add 1 to 1.5 pounds of your favorite ground meat (we used to use Italian Sausage - - when we still ate meat)

Add the browned meat to the crock pot

Heat on Low for 6 hours

ENJOY!!

My wife and I get at least two full meals and at least 2 to 4 "snacks" from this (depending on hunger levels) . . . my best guess on yield is 6 to 8 good sized bowls of hearty soup - -
